Task queues are filtered views of work that help teams organize, prioritize, and pull work efficiently.

What Is a Queue?

A queue is a saved filter — for example, "All Tax Returns in Review" or "My Bookkeeping Tasks Due This Week". Queues can be personal or shared across your team.

Creating a Queue

  1. Go to Tasks > Queues.
  2. Click New Queue.
  3. Set filter criteria: job type, step, assignee, due date range, client, etc.
  4. Choose whether the queue is personal or shared with the team.
  5. Save and name the queue.
