Starting a Job for a Client

A job is a running instance of a template — it's the actual work being done for a specific client.

Creating a New Job

  1. Open the client's page from the Clients list.
  2. Click the Tasks tile or New Job button.
  3. Select a Job Template from the list.
  4. Set the job's due date.
  5. Assign team members to each role (Preparer, Reviewer, Partner).
  6. Click Start Job.

You can also start jobs in bulk from Tasks > All Jobs > New Job and search for multiple clients.
