1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PracticeWings (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

PracticeWings provides practice management software for accounting and tax firms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.

4. Client Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all client data you upload or input into the Service. PracticeWings processes client data solely to provide the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with IRC §7216 and IRS Publication 4557 standards for the protection of taxpayer information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PracticeWings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
