Client data uploaded to PracticeWings is processed solely to provide the Service. PracticeWings operates as a data processor with respect to your clients’ personal information. AI features that process client data are subject to explicit consent requirements under IRC §7216.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data is deleted from our systems except as required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
