Portal Messaging

Portal messaging replaces email for routine client communication — it's secure, organized, and automatically logged to the client's record.

Sending a Message

  1. Go to Messages in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Message or open an existing conversation.
  3. Select the client from the To field.
  4. Type your message and optionally attach documents.
  5. Click Send.

Notifications

When a client sends a message, the appropriate team member(s) receive an email notification based on your messaging routing configuration. You can reply directly from PracticeWings or from your email client.
