Portal messaging replaces email for routine client communication — it's secure, organized, and automatically logged to the client's record.
Sending a Message
- Go to Messages in the sidebar.
- Click New Message or open an existing conversation.
- Select the client from the To field.
- Type your message and optionally attach documents.
- Click Send.
Notifications
When a client sends a message, the appropriate team member(s) receive an email notification based on your messaging routing configuration. You can reply directly from PracticeWings or from your email client.
