Inviting Clients to the Portal

Clients must be individually invited before they can access the portal.

Sending an Invitation

  1. Open the client's page.
  2. Click the Portal tab or look for the Portal Status section.
  3. Click Invite to Portal.
  4. Confirm the client's email address.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

The client receives an email with a link to create their portal account. The link is valid for 72 hours. You can resend it from the same screen.
