Inviting Clients to the Portal

Clients must be individually invited before they can access the portal.
Sending an Invitation
- Open the client's page.
- Click the Portal tab or look for the Portal Status section.
- Click Invite to Portal.
- Confirm the client's email address.
- Click Send Invitation.
The client receives an email with a link to create their portal account. The link is valid for 72 hours. You can resend it from the same screen.
