Uploading Documents

Documents can be uploaded to a client's record, organized into folders, and shared securely through the client portal.

Uploading a Document

  1. Open a client's page.
  2. Click the Documents tile.
  3. Click Upload Document or drag and drop files into the upload area.
  4. Select a folder (or create a new one).
  5. Add an optional description.
  6. Click Upload.

Supported file types: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images (JPG, PNG), and most common document formats. Maximum file size: 100MB per file.

Sharing Documents with Clients

Documents uploaded to a client's record can be made visible in the client portal. Toggle the Share in Portal switch when uploading, or update it later from the document's settings.
