Using Client Groups

Client groups let you link related clients — such as a business owner and their company — so you can manage them together.

Creating a Group

  1. Go to Clients > Groups in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Group.
  3. Give the group a name (e.g., "Johnson Family").
  4. Search for and add the clients who belong to this group.
  5. Save the group.

A client can belong to multiple groups. Groups are purely organizational — they don't affect billing or task assignment automatically.
