Using Client Groups

Client groups let you link related clients — such as a business owner and their company — so you can manage them together.
Creating a Group
- Go to Clients > Groups in the sidebar.
- Click New Group.
- Give the group a name (e.g., "Johnson Family").
- Search for and add the clients who belong to this group.
- Save the group.
A client can belong to multiple groups. Groups are purely organizational — they don't affect billing or task assignment automatically.
